Due to the nature of mankind's heart.. and his natural desire to refuse the
acknowledgement of God in his life, it is a natural tendency to try to write
God out of history, since the sin in people's hearts naturally makes us want
to forget Him.  Even with overwhelming evidence that supports the presence of
a super-intelligent being who organized the universe from who knows what (if
anything), based in such truths as the laws of thermodyanmics, people
naturally write God out because they don't want to have to deal with God's
righteous claim to their lives, and their need to get their own sins against
Him dealt with.  It is not the lack of evidence that keeps God from being
accepted in this world, but rather a lack of decision of the will to accept
Him individually as He is.

God is not a God that delights in total freedom of thought.. or total freedom
of expression.. like this blasphemous nation has adopted.. thinking that it
will find its happiness in ruling itself rather than letting God rule it.  God
is a God who hates evil thoughts, and loves righteous thoughts.  Evil thoughts
always become forms of evil actions.. starting at the point where one's lack
of good thoughts deprive one of doing the good actions they should be doing.
Our whole notion of 'self-rule' has become just what satan wanted it to be.. a
pervasive blend of self-worship that puts self above God in all things.. doing
just as satan did when he rebelled and desired to set himself up *as god*.  It
is this continuing pervasion that is destroying the fabric of mankind in this
nation.. as we all pursue selfish ends rather than God's perfect love.
